1. Service

Tutor Planner provides tools for independent tutors to manage students, lesson packages, class records, schedules, billing-related records, learning results, reports, image or PDF exports, iCloud sync, and Apple Watch quick lesson workflows.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that any student, lesson, billing, learning result, or other information you enter is lawful, accurate, and entered with any required authorization.
• You are responsible for reviewing lesson counts, package balances, amounts, invoices, schedules, reports, and exports. The app provides management and calculation assistance, but you remain responsible for your tutoring records and business decisions.
• You must not use the app for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or otherwise improper purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Tutor Planner offers optional Pro auto-renewable subscriptions. The free version supports up to 3 active students. Pro unlocks unlimited student management, business reports, and schedule image/PDF exports. Subscription prices, periods, taxes, renewals, and availability are shown in the App Store or in the app's purchase flow.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your App Store account settings before the end of the current subscription period. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled under Apple App Store rules.

Your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

4. iCloud and Third-Party Services

The app may use Apple iCloud to sync your data across your own devices and RevenueCat to manage subscription status. These services are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Data Backup

Although the app supports local storage and iCloud sync, we cannot guarantee that data will never be lost. You should keep your own backup or independent records for important lesson, billing, schedule, and student information.

6. No Professional Advice

Tutor Planner is a productivity and record-management tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, educational, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding how to use the information and exports produced by the app.

7. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim to keep the app stable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or suitability for every specific need. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, business, or data-loss damages arising from use of the app.

8. Intellectual Property

The app's code, interface, design, name, graphics, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law or with written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the app changes, legal requirements change, or platform rules require updates. The latest terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
